Well good news on the job front! Apparently a good firm to work for is very interested, I just need to do a bunch of assessments. Fingers and toes crossed. So I'll be doing that after work today.

Which is good cause I was very tempted to smack a customer today. We had one of our girls have a medical emergency while at work. (Really hoping she's ok....) so of course a bunch of girls were trying to help her out, redirect paramedics and customers away...so I hopped on the til at customer service and started checking customers out. This one guy was griping cause what's going on last time I was here someone had a panic attack and i had to wait an hour and a half (no you didn't I worked that day jerk), and now with this delay....

Well you know sir we don't choose to have panic attacks or medical emergencies. Or wait. Maybe we do and we're just having seizures and stuff JUST TO INCONVINIENCE YOU.

Reasons I hate retail.

That's great star! Yeah I hate when I managed and they tried to tell us that the customers always right. Bull s...

red, see any deer?

Wasn't there long enough to even get a chance to see any. Hopefully I'll feel like it Friday. I know I'll be hurtling to bad tomorrow.

April and May completed   :celebrate

only 31 more months to do.  Sigh
you getting there twist.

Oy vey - I have missed a lot - where's my handy, dandy cliff's notes when I need them?
Off to try (and fail, I am sure) to catch up. Was going to pop in last night and do it but went from wide awake to exhausted and falling asleep in about two minutes from the time I sat down to pick up the laptop......oops.

They're nesting!

No, but really. I had a marans that would burrow down until only her comb and tail were out of the hay. I assume it's an urge to camouflage themselves.

Our Hazel (EE) is like that - she is a hoot to watch when she goes to the nest box, bulldozes her way right into the hay and buries herself good and deep.

I thought you we're going to say flies away from your back side lol. You ever notice while in one of those things over night at the hospital that nurses come in all hours of the night just to raise the dress up and look under it? That's all they do too. No changing Ivs or nothing. Just a quick show and they leave.

Have you ever heard the song, "The Scotsman"? Perhaps that is what is going on - if you find a blue ribbon you know you've done well............
