My eggs were due to hatch the 2nd but two of them hatched today, HALLOWEEN!!!

Great pics guys! I never managed to take more pics and my daughter hauled the camera off to work tonight since they are all dressing up at the theater. I wont be off again until Tuesday but might get to take more in the afternoon.

I got my hatchlings moved to the garage to the baby area, moved my last 6 FCMarans hatchings (three weeks old) over to the bigger group pen with some Polish preteens(Four weeks old and much smaller than the younger Marans).

I still have two pipping in the dining room and six sitting/waiting for this weeks hatch.
I will give the sitters till day 23.

This is "Boots." He had crooked toes. After wearing these chicks shoes for a couple days he will be just fine!

I am on baby sitting duty watching my DD best friends 2 month old..Geesh forgot how much work they are!!! Soon as the baby feel a sleep..TRICK OR TREAT!!

Thought I should get some hands on Grandma experiance.. My oldest is 10 weeks pregnant...

She lives in Japan but her DH gets deployed at christmas so she wants to come home to mommy

It looks like I got two little black (or dark grey) OEGBs and one silver one. The silver is probably going to grow up to be mottled. There is no telling with the black ones.

I know they're a little young, but I didn't want the babies to miss out, so I let them go to a Halloween party.
