Has anyone seen this eye issue before??

my year old hen is acting completely normal but has this eye issue. Any guesses/ remedies?

It looks like conjunctivitis (pinkeye,) and can be a mild sign of a sinus infection from mycoplasma or another bacteria. I would clean the eye gently with saline, and apply an antibiotic ointment such as Terramycin from the feed store. Vetropolycin or even plain Neosporin are others that can be used. Since it could be mycoplasma (MG,) I would be tempted to get injectable Tylan 50 along with some syringes and needles, but give the medicine orally, with the needle removed. Dosage is 0.25 ml (1/4ml) per pound given 3 times a day by mouth. Give slowly so she does not choke. Here is some reading about MG:
