Got 8 eggs from DMrippy yesterday. All arrived intact with great packaging! Thank you

It was snowing yesterday so I did not ship out any eggs. I figured I did not want them sitting at a PO Monday in the cold. We spent the whole day building the new pens.

Good morning!
As far as the SBELs, I have WL and Black Minorcas in with my Ams. Both lay super large eggs, almost every day, and they look the same when hatched.Except sometimes there are more black on them, and have had some with a lavender hue to them.

PS. I could help KraftyLadies out with some incubating if she needs to send eggs here (I was reading some old posts in my snow-watching boredom). I'm pretty far away, but I do make frequent trips out west. Or, if any of you guys decide to take a trip to the beach.......

How does it work out to hatch eggs upright? Do you put them in cartons? Do they have to struggle more to get out? Inquiring minds want to know.

I've had no problems. You put them in the cartons just like you would in your incubator. And they hatch.

Okay guys, I'm in need of a white bresse rooster. I think mine is headed for the chop block. He doesn't walk right. Not graceful at all. So he needs to go. And I was wrong. It was my bresse rooster that was crowing, it's the Tolbunt Polish rooster that has started to crow. Completely forgot about him.
