Help, baby chick with bleeding bottom

I’m new to BYC, hello everyone. Please help, I cleaned one of my baby chicks because of his pasty butt (all my silkie chicks have it for some reason and constantly need a rinse while all my other chicks don’t) but this chicks pasty butt was harder than the rest in a shorter timeframe. When I cleaned it, I found a little bit of bleeding and what looks like something protruding?! Please someone help, I am just a few months into raising chicks and chickens and never had this happen to me.

(The bottom is a tiny bit wet since I dabbed healing ointment on it just in case, but it is slightly bleeding)

It will likely be fine just let it scab a bit and make sure the others don't pick it.
Wet mash feed and cooler brooder temps are good for keeping pasty butt at bay
