Okay, so my infomarion on treating with toltrazuril is to give them 7 mg/kg for 2-3 days.
Your duck is 2.1 kg and your medication is 50 mg/ml so the math is:
2.1 x 7 / 50 = 0.294 ml (round up to 0.3 ml). The amount you gave was 0.4 ml, which is well within the safe zone so don't worry about that. If you have enough of it you could try giving him 0.3-0.4 ml orally 2-3 days in a row.

You should know that I use this on my own ducks, chicken, turkeys, peafowl and guineas, and the dose I would use is what I suggested.
