If there’s any cuts, scrapes, or punctures they need to be cleaned with soap and water, or betadine, if you have any. His feathers will come back probably with his next molt, I would be more concerned with infection right now. Some nutridrench in his water would help boost him up since I’m sure he’s hurting and stressed.
Agreed, I would check him carefully for all injuries, clean them up, apply a triple antibiotic ointment to any wounds and see to it that he is eating/drinking well.

@farmgirl216 you mention that you were going to see the vet because he is having some respiratory problems. Can you give us more information about the symptoms he has?

He gets out of breath when I chase him and he starts wheezing. He has always done that since I got him. (Yes he is a game bird and he is now my baby) he’s about 3. A few days ago I went to see him and his crow was kinda quieter and raspier than usual. He was wheezing. Then yesterday he started having this bubbling noise when he breathed and he was very tired and not his usual Henry self. He is still having the gurgling now. I’m very concerned.

If you can have the vet see him, that would be good. Get a fecal float to rule out worms.
Also check his crop to make sure it's emptying overnight, some crop problems can also cause gurgling, but the wheezing is concerning.

He is beautiful.
I know that a lot of people use tie outs for their GF, but most I know also add a layer of protection by keeping them behind electric fencing. I would think that whatever predator got a hold of him will be back, so if you have any others on tie outs, then you may want to keep an eye on them.

I hope he recovers soon and let us know what the vet says.

Thank you, yes he has a cage I put him in during the nights. He loves to be out of his tie out. I figured for one night he would be okay. I believe it was the neighbors dog that got him because any other predator would have killed him and ate him.

At my old house he was a free range bird, he just stayed in the yard and nothing fooled with him and there was no neighbors. He had a coop but chose a pine tree to roost in every night lol! Hopefully I can get him healed back up and feeling good as new.

Is there anything I would have on hand i can give him to perk him up and get him some extra nutrients or anything? I have some betadine I’m going to put on him.

Do you have any Poultry Nutri-Drench or poultry vitamins/electrolytes?

Is he lethargic? If it's hot where you are, then make sure he has shade. You can also give him some egg or tuna once he is drinking. Hydration is always the first order of business.

Yes he’s drinking and eating, so that’s a plus. He’s in the shade and standing, I know is also a good thing he’s not just laying around. He’s not crowing or anything though.
