Help I think my hen is a he!

Hi eveybody,
This is my first little flock of chickens and I got them from a lady who told me they were all sexed (except for the silkie so I payed extra in case she was a rooster). However I think my silver laced wyandotte might be a he. This chicken is a cross believe to be SLW X Bielefelder. Before I contact the lady I purchased he/she from I would like some opinions. She has been a little noisy lately and she is a lot bigger than the rest but she is also older. I included recent pictures and from when she was younger. I really hope she is a hen because I got her to be once of my better egg layers!

First picture is a male. I see pointy saddle feathers(feathers near the tail) and pointy hackle feathers near the neck. He's all cockerel. Pretty too.

Yeah, I think that is a rooster, you should hear him crow soon...

looks like a cockerel to me too, though certainty will come only with crowing or egg laying

First two pics are of a definitely male bird. The third pic, the one in back may also feather out to be a male, too. I don't know how she "sexed" them, but she didn't do it correctly.

The first one with the long tail is probably a cockerel.

As I read this, the 3rd pic one in back is the same bird (when young), as shown in the 1st 2 pics... Yeah, rooster!
