help- Injured hen, eating but wont drink, wounds healing

Thanks everyone for your advice and help- the kindness of this community is really a blessing. I did post in the other forum and I've been talking with someone a little bit for some help. Sylvia is doing better now she's walking around and eating she still won't drink but I have been putting water on her food and giving her watermelon. She still chomping at the air a lot I think she's having trouble with her crop... her neck is all crunched down close to her body and I guess it's because of the injuries . I don't want to torment her so I'm not messing with her too much. Wounds are healing. I was recommended to use Vetericyn gel... it was good but it glued her feathers together… I tried to use warm water to get some of it off but man... I feel bad about it. I feel like I should get her in the sink but I don't want to freak her out- she's had a rough go. Should I bathe her to get the dry gel off?

Today I took her dog crate out so if she could visit with the other girls and get some fresh air. It was a regretful mistake because the dog that attacked her was let outside and when she heard them she really lost it. I had to bring her back inside right away and she was really upset.

Im concerned about getting her back out to the chicken run one day- she used to be the most dominant bird! Now I've have a feeling she might be hiding in the coop all the time. Course I assume overtime she will adjust and understand that they can't get to her but I just really don't know.
