I am currently in the process of trying to decide what bantam breed I should get. I am (obviously) not looking for production.
Here's what I want in a chicken:
Good temperament
Beautiful colors
Maybe fluffy
Get along well with other chickens
Feather feet ok
Perfer heat tolerance (but I am not going to not get a bird because it is not).
I already own silkies and I already decided to get some mille fluer d'uccles and seramas for sure.
Thanks for the help!

My sweetest bantam by far is my Grey Japanese hen. She is so sweet to the other birds. When I had to integrate a lonely 4 week old bantam Cochin cockerel, I put him right in a pen with nugget who literally took him under her wing that night. She had never met him before. No pecks or anything.
She doesn’t bother the others, and I caught her hanging out with the 5 week olds I was integrating a couple weeks back. She was also a fairly good broody, though she would have done better separated.
She is the sweetest.

The reason I ask is because I'm obsessed with my RIR pullet but RIRs may not mix well with smaller or very docile breeds. She's a huge cuddle bug on her terms which is fine. She will hop up and sit with me, sometimes she likes scratches and sometimes she politely refuses and hops down. She gently tugs at my clothes for my attention.

We have been thinking about sebrights, what do you think about them?
@Sc_chickengirl @Show Sebright you guys know alot about them.
Sebrights are awesome! My favorite breed! I have Golden and Silver ones! They can be a little skittish some times but very sweet not to mention BEUATIFUL! They are also kind of rare, well not rare but its not like everyone has them which makes them nice to sell! Here's some pics of mine! My silvers just started laying! Love 'em!

While they are not only true bantams, how about bantam EE's? Mine from Cackle are very nice birds, good looking, and lay beautiful aqua eggs, bigger than many bantam eggs.
Second loving Belgian d'Uccles, have had them for decades!
Also, probably hard to find, but Salmon Favorelles come in bantam sizes. I've had the standard birds, very beautiful and peaceful.
