If you have some watermelons or something similar feed her that and a couple of hardboiled eggs peeled and mashed up with a fork then serve for about 3 days ....

She needs water to get stuff moving, and not just 5 ml or 10 ml, my large birds get 60-120, but please, talk to your vet.

he is not a qualified vet but he is a broiler cornish x farmer and he has a bit experience,I showed him the procedure of crop surgery and he did it for the first time and the surgery was successful ...and he has no idea about what to feed,he only said me not to feed her after 12 hours...........and my hen is having cough and she is breathing with her mouth open and some noise is made......here where i live there is no trained or experianced vet as per my knowledge............people butcher the hen which have some problem...........

no she is not eating on her own and she is very weak....

She should have been tubed water before the surgery. She needs to be inside a warm house and she needs water, maybe water with sugar. Can you get syringes? Have you read: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/805728/go-team-tube-feeding?
