Help my ladies aren’t laying eggs

We haven’t had eggs since October. I could visibly tell molting a few weeks ago even but now it seems feathers are mostly grown back in, no visible signs of sickness or problems but no eggs at all. What can I do to help them start laying again

Wait until the days lengthen, this is normal for them not to lay when the days are short.
They need the break as excessive laying reduces their lifespan.

Many birds do not lay again after molt until daylight length begins increasing again. I've had maybe 1 bird ever lay after molt and she only laid a few weeks before taking the rest of her vacation.

All of my hens stopped mid-October too. 3 have just started laying, which was a pleasant surprise (last year they started back up in January) We're past the winter solstice now, so each day is a wee bit longer than the last. Hang in there!
