Help please! Day 23 chicks no pip/sound/movement

I have tried the tapping method as read on this forum yesterday. Still nothing. No sound or movement. Veins visible. Most others hatched the 1st and a few the 2nd. Any ideas? (Silkie Chicken eggs) Thanks!

Sometimes they're late. Sometimes they're early. Sometimes they don't make it.

Usually if they are fully developed and don't hatch, it usually means they are too weak to get out.
