Help please!!! Is this marans a rooster?

I've been doubting that my chicken is a girl for a while now. I wrote the post below and the vote was that I had a pullet. This guy/gal has never tried to mate, does not show aggression or crow,and usually gets picked on by pullets that are a month younger than him/her. The only sound it makes is like a big peep or kind of a general cluck.

You're current picture did not come up. Usually by 4 months, saddle and hackle feathers are visible on roos, so based on old pic, I think pullet.

(He looks just like my 4-5 month old that I need to find a good home for)
