I’m wondering if he was checked for pasty butt ? I know it can show a lot of the signs you described
Other then that I wouldn’t have had any ideas other then some just aren’t strong and the shipping may have been to much for that one

Not pasty butt, I did check for that he pooped twice before passing. Thank you for replying, any advice is appreciated on what it could have been. I think either a weak hatchling or stressed from shipping, possibly chilled at the post office
