HELP QUAIL RESPIRATORY PROBLEM

One of my female button quails has developed rattling noises when she breathes. Shes had this for about 8 months now. It didnt seem to bother her back then. she ate and acted normal but now she is starting to lose weight and shes sneezing. Shes still eating and drinking but very little. Does anybody know any medications for respiratory disease in quail?

Mycoplasma or MG could be a problem. Some people use VetRx for respiratory issues. It is similar to Vicks, and contains camphor, balsam, and several other herbal oils. Tylan 50 injectable cattle antibiotic can be given orally or by injection. Dosage is 1/4 ml per pound 3 times a day for 3-5 days.
