Help with identifying quail? -New to Quail Owning-

I think I’ve heard closer to 4 or 5 females but idk for sure. I wouldn’t do more than that though.
oh no... I have 11 females, and 3 males. one female is separated with one male (she'll attack any other females that come near Clover), one of my other females is with the other of my males, and the rest of them are in a coop (9 females and 1 male)
should i change my set up?

Well, I think it should probably be okay but I’ve just heard it said that the fertility goes down if you have much more than that but if you don’t mind then it’s probably okay. Although I don’t think I would have a solo female if at all possible. I know you said one doesn’t get along with other girls but does the other?

These are our male quail. The first one is Aurelius, and the second one is his father, Boychick.

They have ample space, but their coop is not set up to have hiding places. It does have three sections, though, which are connected by small doors (maybe you can see it in the picture?). The four I mentioned (3 females, 1 male) live in that wooden coop, and the two metal Critter Nation cages below currently house 1 male (left cage) and 2 females (right cage), respectively.

Hmmm I would guess they need more hiding places to be able to get away from the male. It doesn’t have to be anything huge or anything. Even just a guinea pig hide/igloo or an upside down basket with a hole cut in it or something. But they need something
