In this picture, it looks like she might have tiny bumbles on her one toe. The "marble" looks less concerning than it did in the last picture.

That is just the colouration of her scales. They do look like it though. Just where her skin turns from dark to light

Ok that looks better, the marble looks more like a "descaled" callous. The spot in the red circle looks like a small bumble.
