Here we go again - I'm hatching more goslings!!

I think I'll write down their names and email Amy and ask what their color and curl linage is. Glad we're hatch buddies in some way. (although I maybe be getting the better end of the deal)

Sorry I've been making so many typos. I need to stop being lazy and either slow down to type, or proofread! I promise, I am literate!

Claire is a splash goose mated to a curly white gander at the time she shipped my eggs. Can't remember what color splash she is, will look in my emails and see if I still have it.

We are quickly approaching our Peaches hatch dates for her eggs. Will be fun all of April to see what colors she and McGraw five us. Buff, grey, Lilac oh the fun.

It would be fun to have a pic w/one of each "color" of goose togather, for a nice quick compare/contrast. Do you have one you could post? Some of the colors appear very subtle to my less than superior eyesight.

A is Alice (buff saddleback that sleeps around), T is toulouse, C is Claire (splash girl with curly white guy) and O is Ollie (from Jean) that lives with the lavender.

You need to join the Sebbie forum and check out the colors and genetics there. Lots of great color examples and Pete's wisdom on the genes.

I would love to participate in this. I am setting Sebastopol eggs this week. They were shipped today. I am really excited. I have never hatched anything but chicken eggs.
