Ok, I did one of them and the baby was already dead and shrinkwrapped. I feel so bad right now

OK.... Time to get busy with the egg you hope is still alive. You will need to have warm water, qtips, cuticle scissors, and tweezers. Work fast to open egg. Wet shrink wrap down with damp qtip.... then work qtip under between baby and membrane to loosen. You need to get the beak and nares free asap!!!!!!
 
Another thing... try to not remove the bottom on the end of the egg... open it up so that it looks like a cradle... so the baby cannot prematurely exit bottom half of egg.

Absolutely! Start with the ones you think may still have a chance!!! Time is critical!!!
 
And add another soaked hot water paper towel to bator. You will want your humidity to be at 80%.
