And here are those rusty feathers one of them has. To me they just appear old.

Those are just old sun bleached feathers.

My cockerel is only 3.5 months old, & is the size of a 4 month old. He's always been a Giant. He was the size of the palm of my hand as a 3 day old chick. Same with the pullet.

Just wanted to share how big he was as a chick too.
