Hi everyone! How you call a showgirl with straight feathers?

Recently I had a batch of baby chicks 15 were born, but 2 of them didn't make it. Now few days later I see one of the little showgirls growing straight feathers. That's weird but I guess my Cochin bantam got on her. My very first showgirl like that tho... so how you call them chicks?

Showgirls are really mutts anyway.
The idea reminds me of designer dogs.
Think pugles, goldendoodles, schnoodles, etc..
Still mutts.
It takes decades or longer of special care to develop a breed, not a day of putting 2 breeds together.
No offense intended to anyone, just my two cents worth.

The one good thing about it is the genetic diversity usually makes for a more vigorous bird.

Have not idea. But she is my very first one like that.

Its to many generations removed from a Silkie that's why it didn't get silkie feathers. Needs to be crossed back to a Silkie to produce better Showgirls.

Turkens x silkie is how the show girls were born. Agree with Gray Farms. I also think she is darling.
