I think we all may raise mice to some degree here in BYC, whether willingly or unwillingly is the question. My mice are purely for entertainment purposes for my "neighborhood watchdog".

I killed the snake, but she usually gets to them before I'd ever have the chance. I just wanted to get my ceramic egg back. She's an awesome snake, rat, mouse, possum, raccoon, squirrel dog. She belongs to the neighborhood, my FIL feeds her at their house & then she sleeps on my porch to keep watch. She adopted us when we moved out here. That facial expression shows her personality 100%!
