How long you were engaged till you got married???

We dated 6 mths before getting engaged, engaged for 6 mths before getting married. I was 19 and he was 20. We waited 6 yrs to have kids and next year we will have been married 17 yrs

My wife and I met in July, were engaged by October, and married in December. I was 22 and she had just turned 20. We have been happily married for 31 years.

We met Feb. 9, married April 6. That was 12 years ago.

We already had 5 kids between us... have adopted 3 more. It's been a good 12 years! Hoping for many more.

Met in Nov of 99, got engaged Sept, 2003 and got married June 19, 2004. We still have our ups and downs and still happily married with a daughter who is going to be five years old. Yes she was one of our "oops" and we were engaged before we found out that we were expecting.

Five years later, we are hoping for many MORE years to come until we both sit in our rocking chairs in front porch and yamming about how great life was!
