Karen, were you able to go to France last year and meet a friend?

No, unfortunately my foreign exchange student asked if I would mind putting it off until this July ( which isn't going to happen with Covid) because she had just found out she had to do an internship before she started her college classes. So may 2021 or 2022. My niece that was supposed to be getting married on the 17th of this month postponed it until 2021 so that might prevent me from going in 2021. But I still plan on going.
