Ours cost around $400. We had some of the wood and all of the cedar shake shingles left over from a house project.

I had to buy the wire and and some wood. Recycled the rest.

We bought a second hand one - $400 - well built, holds 6-8hens. And so far about $30 for the run.. though this will increase when we build the permanent run.
