How Should I House 100 Roosters!

Not just a little.....but the difference from inedible to just 'toothsome'.
I say toothsome because they will never be like a grocery bird or even a CX.
I think they taste better.

yeah, not as tender as CX, but they have actual flavor

i suggest making alot of runs and just separating them because somtimes they will fight when there are too many in a pen:) i think fencing of several pens up in a field will work and make them each a little house that they can go in at night so nothing gets them:p
eh, I don't think that should be a problem as long as there are zero females.

They do taste better, I was only speaking of 'tenderness'.
Some folks are really thrown off by that, it does take some getting used to.

[QUOTE="Duckstail, post: 19980814, member: 510824"I was going to make a pretty big purchase with them but I saw Thread about them selling birds that die soon!!!

I ordered six day-old pullets from Meyers because they were the only place that would sex bantams. One survived and "HE" cost me a small fortune in medical bills and lost work time. It's been several years, but never again.

Thanks. Think i saved a lot of stress!!! Money comes and goes but dead animals you'll never forget!!
