Oh my gosh I love my Runners they are the clowns of the homestead. Great layers even after 6 yrs mine did Finally stop laying through winter a couple years ago and it took them longer to get started back this spring but even at a little over 6 yrs old they are laying good. Even my 3 yr olds took the winter off and I was happy they all did bless their hearts those little slim bodies need rest and recoup.

Wow, even after 6 years?? That’s amazing!! I’m so excited to get some runners we have chickens, but ducks will be a new addition!

Mine has been having some issues lately (not an indication of the breed's laying - just an individual thing), but she normally lays EVERY day.
