I just read your blog and your chicks are very cute. Your new coop looks great too. You're going to have a nicely mixed flock and it sounds like you have a terrific coop builder who adjusts to ideas and makes it all work out well.

Sadly my coop builder will be MIA for the next year, I have a couple more weeks of bossing him around

Sorry to hear the builder of coops will be gone for such a long time. Know this must be difficult for all of you. If he is in the military tell him Thank You for taking on that heavy responsibility.
