5 days til chicks....the weather has time to get out of the way.

I asked if they would be able to move the date. Even if it doesnt hit us it would be in the way of the chicks if im going by this model

i told them i think id end up with a box full of dead chicks from the stress due to the storm. I hope they will reconsider because i honestly care about the chicks dieing.

Mine too What are you hatching? I have silkies, showgirls, Brahmas, and turkey poults lol

Rhode Island Whites And Barred Hollands. Had to do about a dozen assisted hatches last night, humidity pump went in the fritz during lock down. I'll count them when we take them out to the brooder today...

lol i thought you ment that you didnt count how many hatched but knew how many you put in. Is it a big bater?

Oh know my mil is getting the hurrican bug. Shes already telling us to cook ahead of time because theyre going to turn the water and light off in prep for the storm. Lol it isnt even here!!!

Lol if anything in the store is even left it would be can food but sense people are over reacting already i bet that stuff is probably low already. Water im betting is empty because costco already ran out from people hoarding it early. I feel like im the only one sane here and thats saying something
