As someone who was 5'11" and 130 for most of my teens and early 20s, messing with your metabolism at that time can do serious, serious damage.
I have the cruddy bone density to prove it. I'm diagnosed osteopenia, borderline osteoporosis, and was diagnosed that at 19 y/o. I now break a bone every year. I have also shrunk 2" in the last 10 years. Where is the calcium in this diet?
Further messing with my metabolism (at the hands of a quack "endocrinologist") caused me to gain almost 90lbs in three months. I now do the "yo-yo" thing, despite healthy eating and exercise.
I would give anything to beat the tar out of the quack doc who junked my thyroid up, so that I could not have weight issues, just as I would beat the tar out of myself and try consume more calcium when I was younger.
Please, print the diet off and see your doctor. If s/he ok's it, then you can tell the rest of us to STFU.
