I think my pullet has wry neck...help.

If she is using B-Complex, it's B vitamins. The one that I posted also have Vitamin C.
What is the question? Wry Neck is mainly treated with Vitamin E. B1 can be helpful as well, hence the B-Complex. Egg is also given to help with the uptake of E.

Wry Neck is a neurological symptom. There are many causes - vitamin deficiency, trauma, disease and sometimes genetics. There's no way to know for sure unless testing is performed. Vet care is best or if the chick doesn't make it, then sending the body for necropsy might give some answers.
With something like this and by giving home care, sometimes the best that can be done is to offer supportive care - vitamin therapy and make sure the chick is getting proper nutrition.
If she's not eating on her own, syringe or tube feeding is something to consider.
Culling is also something to consider. No one can tell you if it's time or not. That's something that you have to determine yourself. Quality of life for the chick as well as your own personal time/family/work commitments need to all be thought through.

I knew someone wiser than me would have some great input! Have you tried the vitamin E? If not, it's super inexpensive! Maybe worth a last chance shot?

Having said that, if you're exhausted and so is your baby it's okay to help her pass. I do encourage contacting your closest participating university and having the necropsy; if nothing else you'll get some answers and some closure.
