I want them because my Blue Barred Rock egg you sent didn't make it and I so wanted it to be a Rooster!!! Can't believe I'm admitting it, I want a ROO!!! They are so beautiful. I don't care if my neighbors/family complain about crowing at dawn and dusk. Those roo's are G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!! Thanks for being so giving and kind. The other babies are doing great and I had a pretty good hatch rate, but my BBR didn't make it. I think its was a humidity thing, too humid.

1. Anything of yours is gorgeous

2. I love any chicken that is Blue
3. I'd really like to gain more incubating experience

4. We lost our one & only blue hen (Cochin) to a neighbor's dog a few months back (of course it was my daughter's favorite!)

5. Oh yeah, did I mention that anything of yours is gorgeous

I would love to have these eggs because my last big hatch with call eggs didn't go well i lost them all

and i never give up on a hatch.. i know these aren't calls but it's still hatching when you fail one hatch go to the next like any hatch-a-holic would do

plus since finding out the awesome news yesterday that i am cancer free i am looking at things in a whole new way

i have so many wonderful things happening all around me and i would love to share it with new babies from your flock

Reasons why I WANT those eggs:

1. I WANT those eggs because any bird that comes from you is more than likely ridiculously gorgeous and high-quality(the chicken in your avatar looks amazing by the way!)

2. I WANT those eggs because our broody pullet wants to be a mother... she's a Bantam Cochin pullet and is wanting to go broody, but her eggs won't hatch because we don't have a rooster for her

3. I WANT those eggs because I am not afraid to admit that I'm addicted to watching baby chicks hatch and then wathing the broody hen raise them!

I want the eggs because my husband has been so supportive and patient with my crazy chicken addiction. He has built brooders and pens and coops without complaint. And he was my biggest fan when I built my Ms Prissy incubator all on my own. He even bragged to his friends that he was proud I did it all, even the wiring, all by myself.

He never batted an eye when I would come home from TSC with more chicks or questioned how the "original 6" turned into 20. He didn't even complain when I converted the guest bathroom to a giant chick brooder! He has listened to my 2 younger girls burn his ears off with story after story about thier favorite chicks. And he stoically buried our entire first flock after the Great Loose Dog Massacre.

Barred Rocks are his favorite breed of chicken, and any kind of blue animal always catches his attention. Getting these eggs would make this one of the best Father's Day present. And a wonderful thank you gift for all the things he has done for me and my girls.

Oh what a great way to celebrate the big "3000"!! Congrats!!!

I am a recent chicken enthusiast, thank you Bargain for hatching my babies and lockedhearts for adding to my small flourishing flock..I am so lucky to have such great friends just around the corner.

Anyway, why do I want these eggs..I absolutely LOVE my chickens I have recently named every chicken I own and pet them daily , my dh thinks I am crazy and yeah maybe I am but I love these crazy birds too. My children love these crazy birds too. I think it is our family together project and we are having a blast doing it.

Well I guess I should be considered because I am crazy!!
