Mary, final count is 2 chipmunks, 3 black, 4 yellow. Not a great turnout, but I've never had a broody hatch chicks. I suppose with practice, better accommodations, warmer weather?, etc, it would be better. I'm sure it wasn't the eggs. I'm going to candle them in a bit to see if I can tell when they quit. They are cute little boogers.
I have to keep the NN and the buff separated, they don't get along since becoming mommies. you can see the babies sneaking through the wire to get to their buddies for their play date.
