I thought I should mention the stew was wonderful, the meat melted in our mouths, the potatoes were firm, as were the carrots, the onions were just a touch sweet,, and none were purchased at a grocery store!

oh my goodness!!!! I was just talking to my son that the next time he goes hunting he has to send me some, I miss elk so much, nothing like a good elk steak, burger, stew, and everything else.
