I'm having Elk for dinner!!!

I just had to say I have wonderful friends!! Elk season just ended and two of my buddies got elk and they brought me several pounds. I'm having elk stew for dinner!!!!!

Yummmmmy! The last time I had elk, it was deliciously spiced swedish meatballs. I can't afford the gas to drive to my cousin's place in Wyoming tho... Enjoy!

Elk tastes just like chicken!

, nah, it's like leaner, tastier venison to me. I tenderize it by the beating the heck out of it, and using fresh ground sea salt and fresh ground pepper,, oh, did I mention I grind all my spices? Anyway, I can't really describe it, it sure tastes better than store bought beef though.

I think that is quite rude to brag about your elk,unless you have enough for eveyone

elk is the best im a huge beef eater but elk is better,its been soooo long since ive had any elk,ive got deer in the yard (they come in to eat the apples)but no elk
id even accept some jerky you could send that in the mail
