Impacted Crop, help!

The pictures of her chest are where she has been pecked since I got her. It’s like a long strip of hard bone and I can touch my fingers together underneath it. Maybe this is normal? She has not started laying yet and I think she is around six months old. The other issue is this wound on her. The black is crumbly so I think it is dried blood?
So far her poop is just really runny. She ate some coconut oil and a few scratch seeds.
Is her crop empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?
How long have you had her?

She is being plucked, looks like to me, but the scabs are a bit concerning as well.
In the photo she looks unwell.
You may want to separate her into a kennel or crate within the coop so she is near the others but protected from picking.
The wounds, examine those more closely. If you need to, trim the feather back away from it so you can see it better. Flush with saline and apply a triple antibiotic ointment or Vetericyn.

I would also look her over for lice/mites.

If she is having crop problems, then she needs to be drinking well. I would only offer soft foods, no seeds, no scratch. Wet feed and some scrambled egg. You can also give her poultry vitamins for a couple of days. Make sure she has a source of grit free choice.
