Is the fan functioning? If so I think it's possible that you need 2 fans in an incubator that size. Is the heating element adequate?

Others will know better, these are just thoughts.

Thanks for the reply! :) The fan is functioning. Heat rises so I guess blowing the heat down is tough. And yes, it's pretty adequate :)

Expert help needed then, sorry I'm not. I bet providing photos of the heater, vent holes, and fan will help those who are though.

I'm guessing @ronott1 could possibly help? (Sorry not certain who to tag for bator construction issues)

What temp have the eggs been kept at so far?
 Well... I THOUGHT that they've been at the perfect 99-100 degrees range..but i had my thermometer up top close to the heat source (Up on the wood). The eggs are like..half a foot down from that? So they might have been colder this whole time. :confused:I couldn't place the thermometer on the turning tray because it falls.

Can you shut off the turner and move them back up?

I think this incubator needs some upgrades, thermostat being pretty critical I believe. But I'm not certain. I do know you need 99.5 and for that to be steady regardless of room temp changes etc. That's where the thermostat comes in.
