"Innies", "Outies" and Other Childhood Quirks

My dad sold Television sets (and repaired them, too) and we always had huge cardboard boxes. Our house was near a hill in a pasture, and I was popular for one summer when I provided a lot of neighborhood kids with very nice, very large cardboard sleighs.

Gosh I loved sledding down that hill! Bumpity bump, bumpity bump wheeeeeeee! The trick was NOT to end up in the crick at the bottom of the hill. But if you did, it was still lots of fun. It sucked when the cows were in that pasture and we couldn't go sledding.
