You need a sign that says,
"ALL TRESPASSORS AND IRRESPONSIBLE PET OWNERS BEWARE: THE WEBCAM IS TAKING YOUR PICTURE RIGHT NOW"

report them to animal control, they'll take all of their animals and possibly give them a huge fine. Then you wont have to worry about those guys dumping animals around your place.
