I didn't notice any mention of water intake in this thread.
I'm far from a dietitian by any means.
I have learned a few tricks being pregnant with horrible, horrible Hyper Grav.
I changed my horrible diet from greasy, fried,...basically your average southern home cookin' here.....to more "bland", high fiber foods and several small meals...snacks if you will...a day.
I was on a series of medications to stop my nausea and vomiting...which all led to several unwanted side affects, some severe. So, I had to resort to my own methods of controlling these issues without medications.
I cut out ALL soda of any kind, drink mostly water and juice...I made a great concoction of apple, cranberry and prune juice...to keep things flowing, if you know what I mean...LOL.
I have started to put on unacceptable weight during this pregnancy. I started out at 135....which took me months and months of hard to work to get down to!!
I now weigh in at 160 and am only just hitting 4 months along! *gasp*
I'm getting back on track now that I can get up and around and am not vomiting 5 times a day, lol.
Back to my routine from before the pregnancy from hell began!
Several small meals a day, LOTS, AND LOTS of water...I can't stress that enough!
I lost so much weight, modifying HOW MUCH I was eating, not cutting alot out, just much smaller portions, and the exercise, we all hate that word, but it's actually easier than you think.
When I was working, I'm not now, I used to walk laps around the store (72 laps around the store was 1 mile...lol), take the stairs instead of the elevator. Little things like that will help tremendously.
Good luck to all of you, you seem to be doing great!!
Don't forget to drink your water, add lemon or lime to it for taste if need be.
