Is it a she?

I got a bantam frizzle xSilkie 2 weeks ago, got told she was a pullet female around 6 or 8 weeks.
At the same time I got 2 Australorp pullets and while they sound like chicks still - chirp/tweeting - the frizzle is making the "eerrrr" complaining sound already - increasingly today.

So I have 2 images here (hope they appear). Is she a she and also do you think the seller understated her age? Because I think she's older than he said she was.

Was the father of the Frizzle a Cochin? If so you have a pullet.

My chicks are almost 10 weeks old. Still making baby noises. I hatched them out myself.

Could you take a closer picture of the saddle feathers?

My frizzled Bantam Cochin is around three months old and I can clearly see pointed saddle feathers on him already. At this point I'd say older pullet.
