I've kept both vents closed for 18 days

If I've kept my vents closed during the past 18 days in my Little Giant what are the possibilties that I'll have a successful hatch out of 42 eggs.please help

What have your temp and humidity been running? That's what matters. I only open vent #2 on day 18.

I keep the vents plugged on my LG; the only thing open are the TINY holes where I place a thermometer probe. Its the only way I can keep my temp & humidity stable.
