July 2022 Hatch-A-Long

I’m on day 12 with the Dominique’s. Candled last night and 9/12 are definitely alive and growing. 2 are a “maybe”. 1 was a clear egg that I tossed.

I’m following along anxiously with you folks hatching out over the next couple of days! :bun
I'm a couple of hours away from day 12 so maybe we'll be hatching together!

Congratulations to everyone so far. 🐣 Such an exciting thread!

I'm up listening to pipped babies making a fuss. No one hatched yet, but I've got 8 of 16 pipped and a bunch of cheeping going on, along with rocking and rolling. They're working on it! Fingers crossed someone makes a move soon. I'm soooo sleepy, but don't wanna miss a thing!
Hope yours hatch soon so you can sleep. Lol

Busy night indeed @junior67 congrats on all the new babies!!!
And has curled toes :(
He hasn't seem to fluff up yet after serval hours
All fixable! @LadiesAndJane has helped me do amazing things with my insane hatch thst shipped nearly 5000 miles!
so dont lose heart!
The chick is too old I suspect. I have not seen the wild hens here for almost a week.
That's so cool! So this is a baby from the wild hens that got left behind right?

@ivy_huan , Post a pic of your quail? I'm sorry that you haven't gotten an answer to your post yet, I hopped off early yesterday. You said it was an assissted? I had something similar happen with an assissted goose hatch; I think I can help you.

Everyone else, I have two more pips! One of my flock mutts (same mother as the three week old black chick that's taken my new one in - she literally puffs up like she's broody and lets the chick sit under her), and another Wyandotte. Pavovlskaya didn't hatch last night - Thank goodness. I want to see all of them come out. Little Mutt is cheaping at me from the bator.
