Now a Brahma pipped so I have one of every breed that has pipped!

This last one came to party. Blew out a whole chunk of egg with its pip and is talking up a storm. I bet there’s quite a bit of action this evening.

What incredible timing. I think as you were typing this I got my first hatch!

It's a silver laced orpington.

Ive got a chocolate mottled orpington thinking about zipping right now, too!!!! Here we go!

Thats so exciting... I have 6 leghorns that are pipped and have been for like 4 hrs now with no progress and they all pipped outside of the air cell! I might have to help em out tomorrow, but well see.

Awesome I didn’t remember you had more hatching in the incubator. Good luck!!!! I’ve got several that have been pipped for 12 hours but they’re just taking their sweet time.

Awesome I didn’t remember you had more hatching in the incubator. Good luck!!!! I’ve got several that have been pipped for 12 hours but they’re just taking their sweet time.

Some of our guineas went so fast from external pip to hatch, but many took 24 hours! Now I can’t even remember how long chicks should take...

I was thinking the same thing after the ducks. Like isn’t this supposed to be fast?

But now I remember the ducks. Painfully slow. I can’t imagine any of these not going from pip to out in under 24 hours, and those ducks. Omg. 72 hours on some.
