Junia is a pullet.

Some do tend to start much later than others. I have 7 different breeds in my flock. My Lakeshore egger started laying first at 19 weeks and my Delaware was the last to cough up her rent payment at 24 weeks. They are all the same age.

But, I would check for hidden nests.
