Yay! A working sink!

I read somewhere (on BYC I think) about using hemorrhoid cream on a prolapse to bring down the swelling if you think that might help...

It’s on Andrew’s list for tomorrow! I can’t bring myself to pay what the local store is asking for it... I’m saving the Monistat cream (also on the list for potential crop issues) for one of my trips in though... I just can’t bring myself to ask DH to pick up both at once.

So three hours, four pairs of underwear, a dishcloth, and quite a few meal worms later I have this... the chicken bum ring and support garment. She can get around ok with it, it doesn’t hold the ring in place quite as well as the first two attempts, but she can poop and walk without looking the part of a drunken sailor. She kept pitching forward and trying to do a beak-plant in the first two models.

She keeps straining and pushing the prolapse out. I’ve given up on gloves, not I’m just putting it back in, letting her poop in my hand and washing up afterwards. Next time I’m at a Walmart I’m going to buy some x-small undies to have on hand. This is basically what I envision if I’m ever in need of a chicken diaper in the future...
