About a month and a half left until I get my ducklings

Lost a potluck pullet some time yesterday. Found her when I let the birds out today, she just blended into the dark last night, I guess. Can't find any wounds or anything on her, and she was acting just fine, so I'm not sure what happened.

Also culling 2 males tonight. Super tired, I'm still fighting my cold, so that's probably all I'm going to do this week numberswise. Hopefully I feel better on Saturday and can do another 2 or 3

Java is on 11 duck eggs. 7 whites, 4 greens. Saw yolk darkening in most, one green didn't have any so it might not develop.

She continues to resist going to a better nesting spot, unfortunately, so I'll probably just suffer the next 20-something days so she doesn't just stop nesting.

It is! I've never had an olive egg before. I'm leaving towards a wonky tan, otherwise I have a mystery olive layer. It just looks off though compared to what I generally get
