She already is giving probiotics and electrolytes, and I think she should get some more opinions before buying corid.
OP has the chick pooped at all? What color was it? Consistency?
Since I have been hand giving water the poop is pretty liquidy with a hint of yellow with a bit or lighter brown.

I would check crop and vent - if crop isn't squishy or rock hard, and vent is clear, it could be cocci or parasites. Check for any sign of blood or worms in poop. Then make sure the mites are taken care of. This could be anemia from the mites.
Havent seen any worms or blood in poop. I cant feel much of a crop its so skinny. The vent is pretty clear.

The way this chick is standing screams coccidiosis to me also. I would start dosing right away. It wont hurt - can only help. Do a search on here for treating coccidiosis for dosing info.
Thank you much for telling me this I believe this what she has. And thx to everyone else who has been helping. I got some Corid amd gave her what it says. She is sleeping now. Should I still give her the probiotics and electrolyte with the corid?

Most important is that she drinks enough. Only give her water that has the corrid mixed in. If she won't drink on her own you might have to dribble it on her beak periodically to get her to drink some. Also offer food... you can try mixing the crumbles with warm water they find that appetizing. Or try some chopped up hard-boiled or scrambled eggs. If you get enough corrid in her she should start feeling better in a couple days and eating more. Make sure you follow the whole course of treatment. You should hold off on providing vitamins until you're done treating for the coccidiosis.

Also, just to cover your bases I'd also dust her with Permethrin to make sure that all lice or mites are gone. I probably do a course of worming too if she doesn't start perking up in the next few days. Don't want to overwhelm her with too much medication but if it's not coccidiosis it may be worms.

Than you! How long should she drink the water with just the corid mixed in?

So the first week you give the two teaspoons per gallon mix and the second week you give one teaspoon per gallon. She shouldn't have any other water source until then. Hopefully within a day or two she will start eating more once she feels better. Hopefully she makes it till then. Fingers crossed for you

Update! Since getting the corid I made the recipe but halved it bc its only one chickie. Every half hour I hand give her water with an eyedropper and she takes more and more each time:celebrate then she poops twice which is great bc she wasnt pooping at all. One time she pooped out two clear worms im assuming parasites. She is a little more alert as well. She will be getting the doseage until arounf 12 - 1 am and as I wake up throughout the night to check on her. Thank you all for thw help and great advice.:love
