Lethargic Chicken

[Chullicken]

1 year old Barred Rock hen
Enclosed Run
Lethargic
Not eating
Poop light brow, runny...just now its watery, green with white goo.
Falls over, trouble walking, Slow
Currently in isolation

Hen never fully developed comb or wattles.

When did she last lay an egg?

Have you checked for mites, lice, and worms?

Poop like that can mean malnutrition. I can't tell if the white things in it are some kind of parasite. Can you take a sample to a vet to check for worms? (It doesn't have to be a vet that cares for chickens. Any vet can do it.)

Hasn't laid in four days
Negative for mites, lice...put her on a dewormer a few hours ago, Safeguard.
She's also being hand fed probiotics and ACV.
Examination found no bumps, lumps or hard spots in abdomen.
